报告人简介：

Professor Jeffrey Lucas is a professor of Sociology, the Associate Dean for Research of College of Behavior and Social Sciences, Senior Research Scientist of Center for Innovation and Senior Scholar of Burns Academy of Leadership in University of Maryland, United States. As a leader of NSF projects for many years, he has conducted several sociology projects on social culture, trust, leadership, innovation etc.  He was an Editorial Board of Social Psychology Quarterly during 2011-2013, and also he is an occasional reviewer for many famous journals.  His research and teaching interests focus on Power and status, Leadership, Organizational behavior, Social psychology and Group processes.  

Professor Jeffrey Lucas，美国马里兰大学行为与社会科学学院副院长，博导，教授，马里兰大学创新中心高级科学家，伯恩斯领导力研究院高级学者。主持和参加了多项美国国家自然科学基金（NSF）的项目，是多家美国知名期刊的临时审稿人，也是美国国家自然科学基金社会学高级审核小组成员；研究领域为权利与地位，领导力，组织行为，群进程等。
